The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: • Preventive Examinations (Medical Examinations, Laboratory Diagnostics, Consultation Tests), • Conducting Preliminary, Periodic And Control Tests For Firefighters And Civilian Employees Of The Contracting Authority, • Issuing Certificates By An Occupational Medicine Doctor About The Lack Or Existence Of Health Contraindications To Perform Obligations In The Official Position In Accordance With The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of 27 October 2005 On The Scope, Mode And Frequency Of Periodic Preventive Medical Examinations And Periodic Physical Fitness Of The State Fire Service Firefighter, • Conducting Control Of Drivers And Issuing Medical Certificates By The Authorized Person To Examine Drivers Work.
