COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the office of the Head of Procurement Unit, Admin Annex, Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10,000.00) per Lot, paid into the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital s Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 6. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as T echnical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger envelope sealed and addressed to the: The Chief Medical Director, Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital, P.M.B. 3452, Kano. Each envelope should be clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the office of the Chief Medical Director stated above not later than 12:00 noon, Monday 12th May, 2025. 7. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 12th May, 2025, at Hospital s Conference Hall at Nutrition and Dietetics Department of AKTH, Kano while the financial bids will be kept unopened.
