Flocculating Agents - Framework Agreement On The Delivery Of Flocculation Agents For Group Sewage Treatment Of The City Of Memmingen. The City Of Memmingen Operates The Memmingen Group Sewage Treatment Plant In 87751 Heimmertingen (Approximately 2,200 Mg Sewage Sludge With 100 % Tr). The Chemical P-Elimination Takes Place With Iron Iii Chloride. Depending On The Mud Index, Aluminum Chloride Is Used To Combat Thread Bacteria. The Anaerobic Stabilized Lazy Sludge Is Mechanically Thickened With Decanters To Approx. 21 - 24 % Tr. The Amount Of Lazy Sludge To Be Thickened Annually Is Around 80,000 M³ (+/- 10 %) With An Average Of 2.75 %. The Service To Be Provided By The Contractor Includes The Transport And Delivery Of Flocculation Aids For Drainage Of The Lazy Sludge (80,000 M³/A) With A Tr Content Of Approx. 2.75 % Of The Groups Sewage Work Of The City Of Memmingen And The Withdrawal Of The Containers. As Of November 1, 2025, The Delivery Of Flocculation Aids For The Drainage Of The Rotten Sludge Of The Group Sewage Treatment Plant Must Be Awarded. Since The Polymer Products Differ According To The Loading Type, Load Density, Molecular Weight And Structure, Their Suitability Can Only Be Determined After Using And Checking The Properties Of The Sewage Sludge Pension And The Local Machine Thickening. In Addition, The Later Contractor Must Ensure The On-Site Care By A Technical Customer Supervisor During The Service Provision. With The Flocculation Aid Offered, A Crumbly Lazy Mud Must Be Reached In The Memmingen Group Sewage Treatment Plant Both In The Winter Months And In The Summer Months. The Flocculonian Must Not Influence The Properties Of The Sludge In Such A Way That There Are Negative Effects On The Operation Of The Group Sewage Work. For The Delivery Services To Be Awarded, A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of The Flocculation Aids Should Be Concluded With The Best Bidder. The Proposed Contract Term Is Two Years (Last Delivery Date 31.10,2027). The Contract Is Extended Twice Each One Year (Up To Max. On October 30, 2029) If The Contract Is Not Terminated By The Client Or Contractor At The Latest Twelve Months Before The End Of The Respective Contract Term. The Concluded Scope Of Tasks And The Details Of The Large -Scale Experiment Provided For As Part Of The Offer Phase Will Be Communicated To The Selected Applicants As Part Of A Detailed Description Of The Task. It Is Planned That The Selected Bidders Receive A Reimbursement Of Eur 3,000 (Net) For The Flocide Agents Used As Part Of The Large -Scale Trial.
