Construction-Site Supervision Services-Exercise Construction Supervision In The Implementation Of Construction Works For Re-Reclamation Of Cell 1 From The Regional Waste Management System In The Veliko Turnovo Region, In The Land Of Sheremetya Village, Veliko Turnovo Municipality. The Contractor Supervised The Construction On All Types Of Construction Works, Which Are Fulfilled By The Builder Of The Site, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction As Follows: 1. Preparation And Signing Of All Acts And Protocols During The Construction Of The Construction Of The Construction 3/31.07.2003 For The Drafting Of Acts Is Protocols During The Construction; 2. Opening Of The Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level For The Respective Construction, In The Presence Of The Persons Under Art. 223, Para. 2 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Drawing Up The Necessary Protocol Under Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; 3. Certification Of A Command Book Of The Construction And A Written Notification Within 7 Days From The Certification, The Competent Authorities. Entry In The Order Book All Instructions And Orders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Bulgarian Legislation In The Field Of Construction. To Monitor The Regular Keeping And Updating Of The Order By The Contractor; 4. Fulfillment Of The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator For The Construction Stage According To Art. 5, Para. 3 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works; 5. Controlling The Quality Of The Built -In Building Materials And Products And Their Compliance With The Regulatory Requirements, Standards, Industries, As Well As The Requirements Specified In The Investment Projects. In Fulfillment Of This Obligation, The Contractor Requires Declarations Of Conformity And Certificates Of Quality Of The Materials Delivered By The Builder Or Their Equivalents, The Latter Being Coordinated In Advance With The Contracting Authority; 6. Conducting The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project, When The Need To Change The Approved Investment Project Under Art. 154 Of The Spa. 7. Provision To The Contracting Authority Of Quarterly Reports And A Final Report On The Completed Construction Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction Works; 8. Preparation Of A Final Construction Report In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act, For The Issuance Of A Permit For Use, Incl. Technical Passport, In Accordance With Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction Works; 9. Completement Of All Documentation Necessary For The Appointment Of A Reception Committee For The Commissioning Of The Sites And Participation In The Committee On The Commissioning Of The Site; Providing Full Assistance To The Contracting Authority In The Organization Of A Reception Committee And With Any Other Committees Required By The Bulgarian Legislation; 10. Exercise Construction Supervision As Needed, During The Elimination Of Defects During The Warranty Periods, In Accordance With Art. 168. Al. 7 Of The Law On Statches Of Te
