Hofor Is Planning The Construction Of A New Heating Center (Smc). The Plant Must Be Erected At Bar Mark And Requirements Are Made On The Architectural Expression On The New Building. The Building Will Be Placed On The Old Coal Site, North Of The Swan Mill. The Volume Of The Building Is Given In Advance, As Well As The Overall Decor. The Advisory Tasks Deal With Technical Advice And Assistance In All Phases, Cf. Hofors Project Model Ppl - Professional Project Management. The Counseling Will Be Offered In Expected 11 Sub -Agreements As Shared Advice With Design Responsibility, Where There Is Partly Usual Advice And Resource Loan, Depending On The Part Agreement.
