    Bitumen - The Purchase Of Hot Bitumen For Roads Type D50/70. 550 Tons Of Hot Bitumen For D50/70 Roads Will Be Purchased, According To The Technical Prescriptions In Force. The Duration Of The Contract Is Up To 31.12.2025, With The Possibility Of Extension With Up To A Maximum Of 4 Months And/Or Supplementing The Quantity Of Products With Up To 10% Of The Value Of The Contract Without Vat. The Additions Are Conditioned By The Existence Of The Financial Resources Allocated With This Destination. The Estimated Value Is Expressed In The Form Of Interval 1.650,000-1.815,000 Lei Without Vat. The Lower Value Of The Interval Of 1,650,000 Lei Without Vat Represents The Value At Which The Offers Will Be Reported And Evaluated, Being The Total Value Of The Contract Without Any Additional. There Will Be The Possibility Of Extending The Contract With Up To 4 Months And/Or Supplementing The Quantity Of Products With Up To 10% Of The Value Of The Contract Without Vat, Respectively 165,000 Lei Without Vat, Resulting In The Higher Value Of The Range Of 1,815,000 Lei Without Vat, Which Represents The Total Value Of The Contract Plus Additional.
