The Object Of The Contract Is The Execution Of The Works To Complete The Infrastructure And Intrados Repairs Within The Project Carrying Out The Rehabilitation Of The Bridge Over The Borcea Arm, Located On The A2 Car, At Km 149+680, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Works Contract. In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Respectively Of H.G. No.1/2018, The Possible Changes That Can Intervene During The Period Of The Contract, Refers To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: 1. Modifications Of The Contracting Parties, Under The Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Para. (1) Letter. D), Point (Ii); 2. Changes Generated By The Increase Or Reduction Of A Quantity Of Works In The List Of Quantities, When Such An Increase Or Reduction Is The Result Of The Measure Provided In Clause 49 [Measurement, Evaluations And Provisional Amounts; 3. Changes Generated By The Increase Or Reduction Of A Quantity In The List Of Quantities As A Result Of The Modification Of The Specifications Or Drawn Parts; 4. Changes Generated By The Requests Of The Owners Of Utility Networks; 5. Extension Of The Execution Time Based On The Contractual Mechanism Provided In Clause 35 [Extension Of The Execution Time] From The General Conditions Without Prejudice To The Beneficiarys Right To Apply The Penalties And/Or Sanctions Provided In The Contract; 6. Changes Generated By The Requirements Of The Environmental Authorities; 11. Changes Generated By Local/Central Authorities, Required By Various Opinions/Agreements/Authorizations; 12. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors/ Suppliers/ Subcontractors Of Subcontractors/ Any Other Economic Operators And/ Or Generated By The Replacement Of Subcontractors/ Suppliers/ Subcontractors/ Any Other Initial Economic Operators, Which Will Be Carried Out According To The Corresponding Clause By The General Conditions; 13.
