Construction Work - Puistola Elementary School, Nursery, Playground And Sports Hall, Replacement New Building, Project Management Contract. The Acquisition Focuses On The Implementation Of The New Building Of The Puistola Elementary School, The Kindergarten, The Playground And The Pre -Site As A Co -Operation Project Management Contractor, Where The Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Contractor. The Project Will Provide Facilities For About 650 Uniform Elementary School Students, 220 Early Childhood Education And Pre -School Space, Playground And Sports Hall. The Scope Of The Project Is Approximately 12,154 Brm2. The Procurement Is A Project Management Contract, Which Includes The Filling Of The Plot And The Construction Of A New Building Project. The Implementation Phase Begins With An Estimated 9/25 Of The Site To Be Built. The Construction Site Must Be Fully Completed And Can Be Received By The Customer 9/27. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Further Described In The Commercial And Technical Documents Attached To The Invitation To Tender. The Attachment Documents Can Be Found Partly On The Publication Offer Page In The Annexes And Links From The Link Stated, And Are Partly Available If The Following Requirements Are Met. Limited Availability Of Tender Materials Tenderers Are Asked To Note That The Supply Of The Tender Material Is Partly Limited. The Requirement Of The Confidentiality Of The Material Is Based On Information Relevant To The Safety Of The Population Of The Site, Which Makes It Not Possible To Publish Some Of The Tendering Materials Other Than Those Who Have Issued The Confidentiality Commitment (Article 24 (7) Of The Publicity Act). The Competent Representatives Or Competent Representatives Of The Tenderer Of The Tenderer Shall Complete And Sign The Confidentiality Form Attached To This Invitation To Tender And Submit It By E -Mail To The Address (Kym.Tilankinnat@Hel.Fi, Email Puistola Pju, Conducting Liability) By 9.5.2025.
