Tenders are invited for GBV Facilitator Closing Date: Sunday, 20. Apr 2025 Intervention Sector(s): Advocacy & Awareness, Gender issues Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 1 Year Responsibilities: Facilitate structured GBV awareness and prevention sessions for women, girls, and community members. Collaborate with case management teams to ensure appropriate referrals and survivor support. Identify GBV risks and protection concerns in the community and communicate them to supervisors. Utilizing interactive and participatory training methods to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions. Prepare and submit activity reports and attendance sheets regularly. Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions. Developing comprehensive training materials and modules tailored to the needs of the participants. Incorporating best practices and evidence-based approaches in the training curriculum. Requirements: Degree or diploma in social work, psychology, gender studies, or related field (preferred). Minimum 12 years of experience in facilitating community sessions, especially with women and girls. Knowledge of GBV concepts, principles of empowerment, and survivor-centered approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in diverse cultural and social contexts. Experience working with vulnerable populations, including refugees or conflict-affected communities, is a plus. Fluency in Arabic and English.
