This RFP is launched for the purpose of establishing a Framework agreement with the supplier/s for the provision of Cash Distribution for a period of two years(24 months) with possibility of extension for another 12 Months. This tender is structured into two different lots based on the type of technical solution or delivery mechanism. Bidders have the flexibility to submit proposals for one or all of the lots as follows: However partial lots submission will not be considered. LOT 1: Physical Cash Distribution to Beneficiaries at Provincial Level This lot involves the distribution of cash directly to beneficiaries located in provincial centers. The focus will be on ensuring efficient and secure delivery of cash assistance to vulnerable households in these areas. LOT 2: Physical Cash Distribution to Beneficiaries at District Level This lot pertains to the distribution of cash to beneficiaries at the district center level as well as at remote areas including villages.
