Tenders are invited for GBV Response Services and Referral Mechanisms - Sudan. Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization and through the World Bank funded SOMOUD-AF program, is committed to enhancing gender-based violence (GBV) response services and strengthening referral mechanisms in Sudan. The program seeks to facilitate safe access to GBV services, improve community awareness, and build the capacity of local service providers to ensure sustainability and community ownership. Mercy Corps is seeking a subcontractor to support the implementation of key GBV response and referral activities. Objectives The subcontractor will support Mercy Corps in achieving the following objectives: Develop and/or strengthen the existing GBV referral mechanisms to coordinate GBV services. Provide a minimum package of GBV response services, including case management and psychosocial support. Disseminate information on available GBV services and referral pathways to increase awareness and service accessibility. Target women and adolescent girls with GBV response messages in community-safe spaces. Implement GBV risk mitigation strategies across sectors, including education, WASH, and health. Strengthen the capacity of service providers to deliver high-quality GBV response services. Target Locations Al Fao, Basonda, Alfashaga, Almafaza & Al Rahad.
