Request for proposals for MEAL Consultant Title of Consultancy: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Expert Period of assignment: End of April 2025 December 2025 Purpose of the Consultancy: Under the supervision of the Project Coordinator and in close coordination with the project team, the MEAL Consultant will provide targeted support during key phases of the project to ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL). The consultant will be engaged during critical periods for developing MEAL tools, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to reporting and learning processes.
