Following The Recent Financial Crisis, The European Risk Council (Esrb) Has Pointed Out The Need For Developing Indicators Of The Commercial Property Market As An Important Part Of The Prevention Of Future Financial Crises. Today There Are In Many Countries, Including Denmark, Only To A Limited Extent Indicators For Commercial Properties. The Assignment Consists In The Delivery Of Data Regarding Commercial Properties And Consists Of The Following Sub -Tasks: - Organization And Establishment Of The Collection Of The Data That The Customer Has Requested - Contact With The Owners Of The Covered Commercial Real Estate - Obtaining Data From The Covered Commercial Property - Quality Assurance Of Data Before Data Is Provided To The Customer And Reading Data, As Well As An Overview Of The Content Of The Data Provided (Metadata)
