Tenders Are Invited For Albertatunet K1 - Ground, Concrete And Raw Building

Albertatunet Is A Care Building In The Center Of Florø, Which Will Contain 100 Institutional Places, A New Base For The Home Tests, Emergency Room, Day Activity Offering And Training/Rehabilitation Premises And Café. There Will Be A Workplace For A Total Of 150-200 Employees, And The Building Will Be Designed In Hh For The Housing Banks Requirements For Institutional Places And Daytime Activities. The Construction Project Will Be Carried Out In Two Subsequent Execution Contracts K1 And K2, As Well As K3 And K4 As Transport Contracts, According To The Following Division: - K1: Basic Work, Water Worker, Raw Buildings Including Foundations - K2: Dense House And Decor (Fixed) And Outdoor Worker - K3: Reserve Power Plant (K2) - K4: Lifts (Are Transported K2) Loose Fixtures And Equipment Are Divided Into Several Procurement In Later Phase. This Contract Deals With K1 And The Contractual Relationship Is Regulated By Ns 8405, With The Addition Of Special Contract Provisions In Part Ii Contract Basis With Vouchers.
