The City Of Essen Plans To Extend The Berthold Beitz Boulevard In The Western District Of Essen, From Frohnhauser Straße To Hans-Böckler-Straße / B224. It Is The 3Rd Phase Of The Outer Ring In The City Center Of Essen. The New Road, Including Drainage Channel And Gleisstrasse For The Upcoming Citybahn Tram Line Leads Through An Old Location Of Krupp Ag, Which Has Been Largely Broke For Several Decades. The Area Is Located In The Hallway 5 (Essen District) And Includes The Parcels 753, 978, 1083 And 1084 (Appendix 1.1) And Is Divided Into The West And East Sections. The Exploration Work Of The Two Areas Is Completed. The Tenders For The West Section Have Already Been Carried Out. This Tender Therefore Refers Exclusively To The Section Ost. The Attached Examination Report Describes Both Sub -Areas. This As A Hint Of Viewing The Documents.
