1. Part 1 - Building From Ul. Dietrich Part 1 The Order Includes Comprehensive Construction Of The Air Conditioning Installation In The Part Of The Building Located From Ul. Dietrich. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Project Documentation And Include In Particular:- Installation Of The Vrf System And Split Units (External And Internal) In Accordance With The Design Documentation;- Implementation Of Condensate Installation;- Execution Of Trials And Starting Of The Installation;- Implementation Of Electrical Power Supply Of Air Conditioning Equipment;- Reconstruction Of The Building Power Supply Together With The Installation Of The Fire Power Switch;- Transfer Of Instructions For The Use Of Equipment; Necessary Acceptance By Relevant Services (If Required). 2. Construction Works Are Covered By The Following Design Documentation Constituting An Attachment To Swz:- Executive Design Sanitary Industry,- Electrical Design Design,- Executive Design- Construction,- Detailed Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works- Sanitary Installations,- Detailed Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Works- Electrical Installations,- Information On Safety And Health Care, Sanitary Stage 3- Part 1,- Bill Of Quantities Electric Industry Stage 3- Part 1 (Power Supply Of Air Conditioning Equipment),- Bill Of Quantities Electrical Installations- Power Supply. 3. If In The Swz, Advertisements Related To The Procedure, In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Is Only Intended To Determine The Technical Features Or The Properties Of A Specific Equipment, Devices And Materials To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equipment, Equipment And Equivalent Materials In Such Cases, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Act. 4.
