Investment Description: The Task Includes:- Renovation And Modernization Of 5 Bathrooms, Including, Among Others: Demolition Works, Dismantling (Dismantling Of Existing Sanitary Facilities), Sanitary (Performance Of New Approaches And Assembly Of New Sanitary Equipment), Electric (Replacement Of Luminaires And Fans) And Construction (Gypsum Smoothies, Wall-Free Floors),- Renovation Of 2 Staircases, Including, Among Others: Reflection Of Existing Plasters And Performing New, Preparation And Frying Of The Ground Together With Preparation For Painting, Painting Twice 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In The Pre-Emptive Of Works, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Other Works Not Mentioned In The Above Documents And In Force, In Accordance With Applicable Law The Purpose Specified By The Employer, As Well As The Implementation And Submission Of As -Built Documentation To The Employer. 4) Guarantee Of Quality For Completed Construction Works And The Supplied And Built -In Materials The Contractor Guarantees Quality For Completed Construction Works As Well As Delivered And Built -In Materials For A Period Of Minimum 3 Years From The Date Of Final Receipt, A Maximum Of 5 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
