The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 140210K Książ Wielki - Temptation From Km 0+000 To Km 4+050 In The Towns Of Książ Wielkie, Konaszówka, Mianocice, Rzędowice, Książ Wielkie Commune1) The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In: A) Annex 1 To Swz - Opz , Which Consists Of: - Road Renovation Project (Descriptive Part And Drawing Part), - Technical Specifications And Acceptance Specifications. Construction (Stwiorb), With The Proviso That: In The Event Of Repealing The Standards Indicated In Stwiorb, The Employer Allows The Use Of Standards That Have Replaced The Repealed Standards, The Provisions Of The Stwiorb Shall Apply To The Extent In Which They Are Not Contrary To The Provisions Of The Road Renovation Project Or Swz With Attachments- The Daily Works. B) Annex 2 To Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions - Regarding The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2) The Contracting Authority Declares That All Documents Consisting Of Annex 1 To Swz - Opz, Complement Each Other And As Such, They Together Specify The Scope Of The Contract.
