13 If In The Swz Or Attachments In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Only Sample Nature, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Utility Features That The Delivery Must Be Met To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. It Should Be Assumed That They Are Only Indications And Are Intended Only To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution, And The Contractor Is Not Obliged To Apply Them. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation, If In Swz Or Attachments To It, A Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Pzp, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Or Equivalent Expression, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, European Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Pzp, That The Proposed Solutions Balance Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Swz, Attachments To It And Applicable Standards And Standards. 5. The Contractor Declares That He Has Knowledge And Experience Guaranteeing Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secretly Keep All Technical, Technological, Legal And Organizational Information Regarding The Equipment And Software Resources Of The Employers Ict System, In Which The Possession Entered During The Implementation Of This Order. 7. The Contractor Is Liable For Damages Arising During Transport And Unloading Of The Subject Of The Contract.
