The Santiago-Ottawa Site Consists Of A Group Of 34 Assisted Living Apartments In The Santiago Section And A Group Of 38 Assisted Living Apartments In The Ottawa Part And A Common Service Center. Both The Assisted Living Apartments And The Service Center Are Very Outdated And Are Ready For Upgrading. Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen Wishes To Renovate The Assisted Housing And The Service Center For The Next 20 Years With A View To The Quality Increase For Residents. For Possible Internal Changes To Assisted Living Apartments, An Environmental Permit May Have To Be Applied For And The Construction Code Of The City Of Antwerp Must Be Met. The Assisted Living Apartments Are Inhabited, Which Means That The Performance Must Be Phased. Where Approximately 60 Flats Minimum Remains Inhabited For The Renovation. The Building Is Divided Into 2 Building Parts: Santiago And Ottawa. The Plan Below Shows An Overview Of The Assisted Living Apartments On The Site. Zorgbedrijf Wishes That Working Per Phase Is Carried Out In Function Of Continuity In The Rental Of The Assisted Living Apartments And In Function Of Replacing The Heating System. The Tenderer Must Submit A Proposal In The Phasing. The Aim Is That At Least 60 Flats Remain Inhabited At The Same Time.
