The Starting Chances Program (Scp) Is The Largest And Long-Term Educational Program In The History Of The Federal Republic Of Germany. It Specifically Supports Schools With A High Proportion Of Socially Disadvantaged Students (Pupils). For The Scp, The Federal Government Provides Up To A Billion € P. A. Additionally Available. The Countries Participate To The Same Extent. This Invests A Total Of € 20 Billion Over Ten Years.
