The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Cleanliness And Dignity For The Service, The Social Grocery And The School Units Of The Municipality Of New Propondida, For Two Years And Will Be Funded By Its Own Resources. The Species To Be Supplied Are Classified In The Following Codes Of The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 39800000-0 (Cleaning And Polishing) The Estimated Total Value Of The Contract Amounts To 626.293.57 € Including The Relevant Vat (Budget Without Vat) Or For Two Sections, But Not For One Or Some Of The Species Of Each Section. The Maximum Number Of Parts That Can Be Assigned To A Tenderer Is Set To Two. The Supply Will Be Executed In Accordance With Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 147/8-8-2016) And Law 3852/2010 (Government Gazette87/7-6-2010). The Duration Of The Contract Will Be For Two (2) Years And After The Agreement Of Both Parties May Be Extended, Under The Conditions Of Article 206 Of Law 4412/2016, In Order To Meet Current Needs Of The Municipality Without Amending The Contractual Value, The Contract Will Be Assigned By The Criterion Of The Most Interesting. The Assignment Will Be Made To The Bidder With The Lowest Overall Offer Including Vat, The Quantities Of The Study Are Indicative. The Quantities Between The Lines Of The Contract May Be Modified. The Quantities Of Species Included In The Contract And The Offer Price Given By The Contractor To Each Species Can Be Modified.
