Provision Of Software Applications And Equipment For The Implementation Of The Integrated Computer System Within The Project Digitalization Of The Activity Of The Filanthropy Clinical Hospital Under The Conditions And Quantities Provided Within The Specifications, Part Of The Award Documentation. According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Modified By The Government Emergency Ordinance No.107/2017), Corroborated With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of The Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To The Clarification Requests (If They Were Received In Time), On The 15Th Day Before The Deadline Established For Submitting The Tenders In The Participation Announcement.
