The Object Of The Contract The Site Management Services, Supervision Services In Contracts Of Works And Services For The Follow -Up Of The Constructions Executed On The Basis Of The Works Contracts Concluded Following The Application Of A Public Procurement Procedure According To Law No. 98/2016, For The Achievement Of The Investment Objectives At The Level Of Sector 3 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest Will Consist In The Provision Of High Quality Site Management Services In Contracts Of Works And Supervision Services In The Works Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of H.G. No. 1/2018, Both During The Period Of Design And Execution Of The Works, And During The Period Of Guarantee Of The Works, In Order To Follow The Correct And Efficient Uses Of The Available Funds And To Ensure That The Entrepreneur Projects And Executes The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Obligations, Especially In Terms Of Duration, Quantity, Quality And Cost: 2. Repair, Consolidation And/Or Modernization Of Public Buildings; 3. Making New Buildings; 4. Repair, Modernization Of Road Infrastructure And Tram Treads; 5. Repair, Modernization, Development Of The Edility Infrastructure: Electrical, Thermal, Gas, Water, Telecommunications, Public Lighting, Green Spaces, Leisure, Playgrounds, Trains, Urban Furniture, Etc. The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 48 Months.
