    Cleaning Services - Framework Agreement For Cleaning Services For 24 Months. The Cleaning Services Will Be Performed In The 2 Buildings Of The Osim Headquarters In Ion Ghica Street No.5 And In The Space Of Ion Ghica Street No.3: - 115 Offices, Balconies, Stairs, Birds, 32 Bathrooms (45 Wcs, 56 Washbas And 8 Shower, Offices, Offices, Offices V, Vi Of The Building, The Forest Behind The New Building. 1. The Total Area (Interior And Exterior) For Which The Cleaning Services Are Contracted Is About 5200 Square Meters, Of Which, Estimated: Covered Areas - 288 Sqm, Mosaic Covered Areas - 700 Sqm, Marble Covered Surfaces - 250 Sqm, Parquet Covered Surfaces - 2312 Sqm, Surfaces Covered - 800 Sqm 631 Sqm, Surfaces Covered With Concrete - 90 Sqm, Surfaces Covered With Antistatic Tiles - 108 Sqm. 2.. The Total Number Of People With Permanent Daily Access To The Osim Headquarters Is 238. The Work Schedule Of The Institution Is From Monday To Thursday Between 08:30-17:00 And Friday Between 08: 30-14: 30. This Program Can Be Modified (Free Days Granted By The Government By Normative Acts, Which Implicitly Involves The Modification Of The Institutions Work Program). The Cleaning And Maintenance Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of The Subsequent Contracts Concluded In Compliance With The Framework Agreement And Will Be Provided By Personnel With Experience In The Field. Between 06.00-14.00, The Bidders Will Provide A Minimum Number Of 6 Cleaning Agents, And Between 14.00-17.00 Bidders Will Provide A Minimum Number Of 2 Cleaning Agents To Maintain Cleanliness. The Cleaning Agents Work Schedule Can Be Modified In The Situation Where Osims Work Schedule Will Be Modified As Mentioned Above
