This Market Is Made Up Of Two Components: 1. Work Component Which Includes The Supply And Placement Of Passing Meters As Well As Any Counting And Sub-Counting Device On The Passing Meters Placed Or Those Existing Allowing An Automatic Statement By Telemetry As Well As A Postponement And Integration Into An Energy Monitoring Tool Of All Consumption Data By Supply Point. 2. Service Component Which Includes The Implementation Of A Monitoring System For The Consumption Of Water, Electricity, Gas And Mazout As Well As The Omnium Maintenance And Guarantee Of All The Meters Taken Up In The System As Well As Remote Communication Devices Placed By The Contractor. It Also Includes The Storage And Backup Of Energy Data In An Host (Or In Itself, In Its Own System).
