Construction Consultancy Services - Tendering Of Total Counseling Agreement - New Prison In The Faroe Islands. The Directorate Of Prison And Probation Service Will Establish A New Prison In The Faroe Islands. The Directorate Of Prison And Probation Needs A Total Advisor Who Can Assist With Total Counseling, Including Security Counseling, In Connection With The Establishment Of The Prison. The Execution Phase Is Expected To Be Completed By Two Large Contracts, One Construction Contract And One Security Contract. Total Advisors Performance Includes Preparation Of Separate Project Materials For The Two Contracting Tenders, Which Are Assumed To Be Implemented As A Tender With Negotiation. The Contract Period Is Expected To Include An Approx. 5.5-Year Period And 1-Year Review If The Project Is Fully Realized. The Project Is Generally Described In The Attached Task Description And Preliminary Process Plan. The Total Tender Material, Including Contract Material And Construction Program, Will Be Made Available To Applicants Selected To Make Offers.
