Tenders Are Invited For Evaluation Of The Agri-Business Partnership Hub (Aph)

Tenders are invited for Evaluation of the Agri-Business Partnership Hub (APH) 4. Scope of Work The consultant/team will: Review APHs background documents, meeting reports, and activity records. Conduct interviews and/or focus group discussions with key stakeholders from various sectors involved in the APH. Examine coordination mechanisms, decision-making processes, and followup on action points. Assess member satisfaction, exploring how APH has supported their business, what changes they have made as a result of learning and exchanges, what motivates their participation, and their expectations for improved support. Identify examples of collaborations and contracts established through the APHparticularly between agribusinesses and agricultural cooperatives. Analyze APHs role in facilitating these partnerships, their success or challenges, any arising conflicts, and tangible benefits to farmers. Provide a comprehensive analysis, including key findings, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations for enhancing the APHs effectiveness and impact. 5. Methodology The evaluation will apply a participatory and mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, including but not limited to: Desk review of documentation Key informant interviews (KIIs) Focus group discussions (FGDs) Stakeholder surveys Observation of APH activities (if feasible) 6. Deliverables Inception Report outlining methodology, work plan, and tools Draft Evaluation Report for review and feedback Final Evaluation Report including executive summary, findings, recommendations, and annexes Presentation of key findings to CamboDHRRA and APH stakeholders 7.
