ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA All interested, capable and competent companies are required to submit the following documents: Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC); Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate For the three (3) years ending end on 31st December 2024; Certificate of Compliance by National Pension Commission (PENCOM) expiring in December 2024; Certificate of Compliance by Industrial Training Fund in line with the provision of ITF Act 2011) expiring on 31st December 2024; Certificate of Compliance with the NSTF Employee Compensation Act expiring on 31st December 2024; Evidence of registration with Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) by attaching the Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2024 or valid certificate issued by BPP; Evidence of registration with Zamfara State Bureau of Public Procurement or valid certificate issued by Zamfara BPP; Evidence of registration with Zamfara State Universal Basic Education Board List of three (3) verifiable similar project completed/ongoing within the last five (5) years with completion certificate and/or award letters; Evidence of financial capability to handle the project from reputable bank; Sworn affidavit affirming that none of the officers of the Zamfara State Universal Basic Education Board or the Zamfara state Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has pecuniary interest in the bidder and that all the information being provided by the company are correct; Letter of Consent to allow for verification of all documents submitted 3. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents should be collected from the office of the Head of Procurement Department Zamfara State Universal Basic Education Board Gusau old building Room 2 Headquarter upon presentation of evidences of payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N50,000.00 per lot made to the Finance Department, Zamfara State Universal Education Board Gusau. 4. SUBMISSION/OPENING OF DOCUMENTS Two copies of Technical and Financial bids must be in separate envelopes and clearly mark appropriately enclosed in a sealed large envelope, clearly marked with the name of the Tender and addressed to: The Head of Procurement Department Zamfara State Universal Basic Education Board Headquarters Gusau, Olusegun/Obasanjo Drive, P.
