Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Configuration, Implementation, Commissioning and Maintenance of a Backup and Recovery Solution for Mausign Certificate Authority for the Mauritius Digital Promotion Agency. 1. The Mauritius Digital Promotion Agency is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the procurement for the Supply, Installation, Configuration, Implementation, Commissioning and Maintenance of a Backup and Recovery Solution for MauSign Certificate Authority for the Mauritius Digital Promotion Agency 2. The Bidding Document can be downloaded from the eProcurement System on https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MDPA/IFB/2025/25 3. To be able to participate in the exercise, Bidders must be registered on the eProcurement System and must possess the Digital Signature Certificate 4. Bids must be submitted online as per Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System 5. Bidders who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule on the e-Procurement System 6. Proposals received will be opened online by the MDPA. 7. The MDPA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
