Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Cybersecurity Of The Gromnik Commune As Part Of The Cyberd Local Government Project

1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes A) Purchase Of Devices And Software Together With Their Implementation And Configuration; B) Performing Training In The Field Of Cyber Security; C) The Development And Implementation Of The Szbie Together With The Implementation Of The Audit. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. 3. The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: A) The First Part Of The Order Includes The Purchase Of Devices And Software For The Needs Of The Gromnik Commune Office Along With Their Implementation And Configuration, As Well As Subsequent Technical And Substantive Support As Well As Training In The Field Of Service Of Supplied Network Devices. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes For The Most Part Of The Delivery, Therefore The Contracting Authority Defines The Nature Of The Order As A Delivery. 5. Comments Related To The Implementation Of The Delivery (Part And Order): 1) The Contracting Authority Requires Granting A Guarantee Of Quality For The Supplied Equipment On Conditions Not Worse Than The Manufacturers Warranty, In Accordance With The Requirements Described Below. 2) Equipment Elements Will Be Packed Separately And Delivered To The Address Indicated By The Employer. 3) The Contractor Will Ensure The Right Way Of Transporting The Parameters And Quality Of Supplied Equipment. During Transport, The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Protected Against External Factors (Moisture, Dirt, Etc.). 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer The Licenses To The Ordering Party As Well As All Rights For Provided Programs And Operating Systems, Issued To The Contracting Authority. Ul. Witosa 2.7) The Supplied Software Must Be Unused, Previously Unsatisfied On Another Device, Supplied In The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer Not Burdened With Rights For Third Parties. The Supplied Software And All Its Media (If They Occur) Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 8) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Factory -New, Unregenerated, Complete, Manufactured, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In January 2024, Delivered In The Original Package (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Have The Security Used By The Manufacturer). The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel.
