The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Maintenance And Maintenance Of Road Lighting In The City Of Chojnice. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Maintenance And Maintenance Of Road Lighting In The Chojnice Municipality, Specified In Accordance With The Attachment To The Template Of The Contract (Constituting Annex 6 To Swz). The Number Of Road Lighting Points Covered By The Subject Of This Order Is 2586 Pieces (Including 1552 Sodium Luminaires And 1034 Led Luminaires). Some Of The Led Luminaires Are Covered By A Warranty (577 Luminaires). In Addition, The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Lighting Points Of The Facilities - In The Amount Of 77 Pieces. The Entire Lighting Is Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract Template (Constituting Annex 6 To Swz). The Contractors Notification Of The Occurrence Of Street Lighting Defects Will Take Place By Sending A Written Application By The Contracting Authority To The E-Mail Address Or Via Contact At The Phone Number. While The Contract Template (Annex 6 To Swz) Does Not Specify The Deadline For The Performance Of Individual Works, They Will Be Carried Out Within The Dates Agreed Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Time To Perform The Works Included In The Application Will Be Calculated From The Moment Of Sending The Notification To The Indicated E-Mail Address Or Submitting The Application In A Telephone Form. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Ensure 24 -Hour Availability.
