Tenders Are Invited For Restoration Of Road Safety And Supplying A State Of Cleanliness Of Roads After The Traffic Incident.

The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly And Immediately Perform Only Specific Activities, Directly Commissioned By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Always Responsible Only For The Correct Performance Of Specific Activities Ordered To Him, Regardless Of Whether They Are Sufficient To Achieve The Proper Condition Of The Road Or Not. The Contractor Cannot Take Actions Himself That Are Not Indicated In The Order. 1. The Contractor With The Required Equipment For The Telephone Order Of The Ordering Party Provides Readiness To Take Action To Remove The Sudden Effects Of Unforeseen Events In The City Of Częstochowa In The Shortest Possible Time, But Not Longer Than 60 Minutes. The Start Time Of The Action Is The Time From The Telephone Notification By The Employer And The Crisis Management Center In Częstochowa, The Police Unit, Fire Brigades Or Staff Subordinate To The Contractor On Duty To Appear To Appear The Required Unit With The Required Equipment At The Scene Of The Incident. 2. The Contractor Performing The Work Will Provide Equipment That, According To The Knowledge And Experience Held, Will Ensure The Correct Quality Of The Service The Optimal Time Of The Service Performed. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In The City Of Częstochowa To:- Access And Securing The Place Of The Incident (By Securing The Scene Of The Incident Is Understood: In Particular: Setting Temporary Marking, Movement Of Traffic, Marking The Place Of The Incident With Orange Traffic Lights, Setting Ax Events Together With Their Utilization (Including Transported Loads)- Cleaning The Surface With A Solution Of Ecological Water, A Surfactant Preparation Or Biodegradable Agent Causing Particle Decomposition- On Duty 24 Hours A Day During All Days Of The Week, Including Holidays And Other Public Holidays. Equipment, Chemicals, Sorbents -Donating Collected And Used Materials In Accordance With The Provisions On Environmental Protection And Waste -Keeping The Intervention Records Together With Photographic Documentation With The Date And Time Of Intervention. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides That On An Average Of 66 Road Events Requiring Specialist Cleaning, Which Will Be Implemented By The Contractor, Will Occur On An On Average.
