1 The Contractor Will Include, In Particular, Assurance: A. Market Space (Stands) For At Least 20 Exhibitors, 3 Stands For The Implementation Of Hand-Make Workshops, 4 Stands For Experts, Catering Space, Warehouse Space And Registration Point, B. Recruitment Of Exhibitors, Craftsmen, C. Accommodation Base, D. Gastronomic Services, E. Sound System And Technical Support Of The Event, F. Sign Language Translator, G. Cloakroom Service, H. Cleaning Services With Garbage Collection, I. Moderator Running The Fair, J. Qualified Security Guards, K. Ohs Coordinator, L. Promotional Materials, M. Market Materials For Exhibitors And Fair Organizers, N. Organization Of The Competition, Fr. Promotion Of The Event, P. Sharing The Cloakroom And Free Toilets, Q. Parking For Exhibitors And Organizers Of The Event. 2. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons/ Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Implementation Of The Contract (In Particular A Person/ Person Preparing Meals) Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465, As Economic. The Order Of Employment Understands As A Requirement That The Person/Persons Performing The Above -Mentioned Activities Be Employed Under The Employment Contract Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of This Order. The Contracting Authority Will Be Entitled To Check This Requirement. Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements In This Respect Have Been Regulated In The Form Of Contractual Penalties. In The Event Of Any Doubts Regarding The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of The Person/Persons To Perform The Indicated Actions In Connection With The Implementation Of The Contract Under The Employment Contract, It Will Be Entitled To Notify The Relevant Labor Inspectorate And Ask For An Inspection. The Contracting Authority, Due To The Subject Of This Contract, Does Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Requirements In The Scope Of Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Points 2 P.Z.P.5. The Contracting Authority, Due To The Subject Of This Contract, Specifies In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For The Disabled Referred To In Art. 100 P.Z.P. In Particular, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Ensure The Service In A Place Available To People With Disabilities, Appropriate Arrangement Of Stands And A Sign Translator. 6.
