The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Elements Of Equipment Of Local Network Laboratory With It Equipment For The Profession Of It Technician, In Connection With The Implementation Of Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0075/23-00 Pn. Educated Graduate - A Wanted Employee, Co -Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds Program For Łódź 2021-2027, In Accordance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contained In Annex No. 1 - Part I And Annex No. 1A - Part Ii - To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In A Complete State, Free From Factory, Material, Executive And Construction, As Well As Legal Defects, In An Undamaged And Intact, Original Packaging. The Offered Devices On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended For Withdrawal From Sale. 2. The Contractor Offers Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Parameters Resulting From Opz (Annex No. 1 And 1A To Swz) And The Data Contained In Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obligatory Along With The Offer: A) A Statement On The Compliance Of The Parameters Of The Offered Elements Of The Subject Of The Opz, According To Annex 2 And 2A To Swz- Price Form For Each Of The Parts- Along With The Indication Of Unit Prices And Gross Prices In Total, B) Documents- Documents- Screenshots Confirming Performance, Certificates And Other Documents Constituting An Element Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Opz, I.E. In Relation To:- Item 5 Opz In The Scope Of Part I- Item 20 Opz In The Scope Of Part I- Opz In The Scope Of Part Ii. Note. The Documents Listed In Para. 3 A) And B) Are Not Completed- The Lack Of Their Submission Along With The Offer Will Reject The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Order. 4. All Parameters Indicated In Opz Are Minimal. In The Case Of Offering Higher Parameters In Relation To Each Of The Opz Table Items, The Contractor Selects In The Price Form From Opz- Annex No. 2 And 2A To Swz That It Offers Higher Parameters And Then Joins The Offer Information About The Technical Data Of The Element Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent That It Offers Higher Parameters Than Those Indicated In Opz. 5. Note. In The Event Of The Contracting Authority That The Parameters Offered By The Contractor Are Lower Than Those Required As Part Of The Opz, The Offer Will Be Rejected Due To Its Non -Compliance With The Terms Of The Order.
