Supporting Services For The Government - Framework Agreement On Providing Supportive Personnel Services In Connection With The Participation Administration Of The Federal Ministry For The Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Security And Consumer Protection. The Performance Serves To Support The Bmuv As Part Of Its Departmental Responsibility And The Organ Of The Company (Zo) Responsible For The Employment Of Managing Staff. The Beneficiary Can Only Be Provided By The Contractor For The Zo. The Responsible Participation Management Of The Bmuv Is The Sole Contact Person. For All Work Steps, The Contractor Has To Provide Close Coordination With The Participation Administration. All Work Results Are Submitted Exclusively To The Participation Administration. For The Entire Term Of The Contract, A Project Management Must Be Named As A Constant Contact Person And A Representation. Preliminary Discussions Are Part Of The Contractually Owed Service Of The Contractor. The Results Are Generally Carried Out Electronically In Text Form And, If Necessary, With Subsequent Discussion Within The Deadlines In Advance. If The Template Is Not Available Within This Period, This Must Be Informed Of The Bmuvs Participation Administration Immediately With The Announcement Of The Reasons And Specify The Exact Time Of The Subsequent Delivery. This Can Include The Following Components In Particular: - Creation Of A Position Profile - Identification, Direct Search And Address As Well As Contact With Suitable Candidates Or Proposal Based On Existing Executive Pool Or Databases; - Public Job Advertisements In Online And Print Media - Lead To Initial Talks And Pre -Selection According To The Requirement Profile; - Creation Of Candidates Portraits Based On Interviews Or Other Aptitude Diagnostic Procedures And Compilation Of The Application Documents Of The Pre -Elected; - Presentation Of Suitable Candidates At The Zo Of The Bt`In As Well As Preparation, Support And Follow -Up Of The Interviews (Including The Provision Of Premises In Berlin For The Interviews As Well As The Creation Of Discussions And Documentation Of The Discussions). The Candidate Will Reimburse Possible Travel Expenses By The Contractor At His Own Expense. 3.2.
