The Procurement Includes The Deployment, Support And Maintenance Services Of The Service And Development Work Together With The Customer. The Erp System Must Meet The Needs Of Transportation, Scheduling And Routing, Billing And Archiving. The System Should Support The Optimization And Management Of Transportation, Digitalisation Of Different Stages Of Transport Processes And Integration Of Different Systems To Ensure Smooth Operations. The Aim Of Procurement Is To Improve The Safety And Data Protection Of Student Transportation, The Timely And Correct Processing Of Student Transportation, The Smooth Processing Of Information, And The Real -Time View Of The Various Actors And Customer Experience. In Addition, The Purpose Of Procurement Is To Improve And Speed Up Transport Planning And To Enable The Maximum Optimized And Cost -Effective Transportation. The Procurement System Must Comply With And Take Into Account The Legislation And Regulations Guiding Basic Education And The Provisions Of The National Board Of Education To Organize School Transport. The Erp System Must Cover, Inter Alia, The Following Key Processes And Functions, Such As The Basic Information Management System For Transportation Information (Educational Institutions, Operators, Vehicles, Custodians), And Through Electronic Interfaces, Route Planning, Transportation And Routes. Stakeholders, Billing And Reporting Functions, Information Archiving Through The Interface, Communication Functions And System Mobile Interface Carers. In Addition, The Acquisition Is The School Transport Planning Service, Which Includes Route Planning, Transportation And Routes Optimization, Response To Changes And Cooperation In Its Appendices. An Open Procurement Procedure Is Sought By A Comprehensive Service Provider To Submit A Solution In Accordance With The Requirements And Schedules Set Out In The Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes, So That The Solution Can Be Commissioned As Of 2.7.2025.
