Software Programming And Consulting Services - Establishment Of The National Traffic Management Center For The Motorway Network, Express Roads And National Roads. The Object Of This Contract Consists In The Provision Of Development Services For Data Exchanges And Implementation Of The Computer Solution, Including The Provision Of Basic Equipment And Software, In Order To Make A Computer Collection And Centralization System In Order To Facilitate Access And Data Exchange Between Traffic Management/ Existing Programs, With Other Authorities/ National Institutions. The Description Of The Services Is Available In The Specifications. Annexed To The Award Documentation, All The Documents Necessary For The Elaboration Of The Offer Are Found. Pursuant To Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Service Contract, Any Changes That May Intervene During The Contract Period, Refer To The Following, Without Limiting To Them: 1) The Contracting Parties; 2) Subcontractants. Third Parties 3) The Duration Of The Contract Or The Duration Of Provision Of Services 4) Payment Methods And Debt Recovery; 5) Changes Generated By Legislative / Normative Changes / Stas / Norms / Order / Instructions / Etc. 6) Checks, Tests And Reception; 7) Changes Generated By Requests Of The Authorities / Entities That Issue Notices / Agreements / Permits, Or By Other Entities That Have Attributions In Relation To The Project (Mt, Mfe, Japer, Central And / Or Local Institutions, Arr, Beneficiary, Sri, Certified Verifiers, Etc.); 8) Changes Regarding The Occurrence Of Some Auxiliary Or Logistics Operations, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Cnmt System; 9) Changes Generated By The Need To Purchase Additional Licenses; 10) Changes Generated By The Need For Relocations/ Developments/ Usefulness Connections. Any Modification Of The Public Procurement Contract During Its Validity Period Other Than In The Cases And Conditions Provided In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions Are Realized By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 98/2016 With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions. The Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions In Which They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
