The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate A Contractor And To Conclude A Contract With It For The Preparation Of A Comprehensive Report On Conformity Assessment With The Basic Requirements For The Construction And Technical Control Under The Part Structural, And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Site, In View Of The Contractual Construction Of The Site, In Accordance With The Regulations And In Accordance With The Regulations In Compliance With The Regulations And In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements And The Regulations In Compliance With The Regulatory Requirements. In Fulfillment Of The Obligations Under The Concluded Contract, The Consultant Will Carry Out The Following Activities Without Limiting To, Namely: A) Participation In The Process Of Designing And Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Project With The Basic Requirements For The Construction And Carrying Out Technical Control Under The Part Structural; (B) Exercise Of Construction Supervision In The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act (Territorial Development Act) And The By -Laws; C) Preparation Of A Final Report, Technical Passport, Implementation Of Geodetic Shooting Of The Construction In Compliance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-5 Of 15.12.2016, As Well As The Elaboration Of A Draft Amendment Of The Cadastral Map, With Which The Construction Is Finally Applied To The Requested Land For The Relevant Lands. 54A Of The Cadastre And Property Register Act (Zkir); (D) Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Elimination Of Defects During The Warranty Periods; (E) All Other Obligations Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And The Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Specified In The Public Procurement Documentation, As Well As Those Specified In The Contract And Construction Contract (Engineering), And The Legal Provisions, Including The Preparation And Submission Of The Contracting Authorities On The Written Responses On The Technical Opinion By The Enforcement.
