The Object Of The Public Procurement Contract Is The Provision Of Site Management Services Within The Project Ii Museum Complex - The Historical Gallery Of Transylvania For The National Museum Of History Of Transylvania Cluj -Napoca In Order To Successfully Implement, From The Point Of View Of The Parameters, Cost, Quality And Safety, And In Accordance With The Legislation, The Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation, Respectively Law No. 10/1995 Regarding The Quality In Constructions, With The Subsequent Modifications And Completions, The Mcin Order No. 2495/2010 And The Mdrt Order For The Approval Of The Procedure For Authorizing The Site Manager No. 1496/201 It For The Entire Period Of Training, Execution, Reception Of The Works And The Period Of Notification Of The Defects, With Professional Deontology, Impartiality Both From The Beneficiary And To The Contractor Of The Work, With Permanent Orientation Towards The Successful Completion, The Services Of Site Management Will Cover The Following Phases: Actual Execution; C. Activities Specific To The Requirements Of The Financing Contract 1/17.10.2022 For The Project; D. Reception At The Completion Of The Works; E. The Guarantee Period The Activity Of The Contractor/ Supervisor Is That Of Supervision And Management Of The Site, Of The Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of Gd No. 1/2018 For The Approval Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To The Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds. The Contractorll The Supervisor Has The Following Main Tasks: A) Issues Administrative Orders To The Entrepreneur; B) Verifies The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Issuing The Administrative Order For Start; C) Verifies, Accepts Or Rejects The Execution Program Of The Entrepreneur, Including The Physical Existence Of The Resources Necessary To Fulfill The Transmitted Program; D) Verifies The Pace Of The Execution Of The Works; Verifies Compliance With The Quality Of The Equipment And Materials And The Methods Of Putting Them; F) Rejects The Equipment, Materials Or Works That Prove To Not Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract; G) Participates In Performing The Tests And Verifying The Works Reached In Determining Phases; H) Measures The Quantities Of Real Works Executed; I) Is Ensured By The Correctness Of The Data And Details In The Site Journal: Issues Changes In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract; K) Issues Payment Certificates In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract; L) Issues Decisions In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract; M) Analyzes The Claims Of The Entrepreneur And The Contracting Entity; N) Assists The Contracting Authority In The Reception Procedure At The Completion Of The Works And Of The Final Reception; O) Aims To Fulfill Their Specific Conditionalities
