Fire And Explosion Protection And Control Consultancy Services- Framework Agreement Fire Protection Planning And Consulate Services For The Renovation Of Residential Complexes Of The City Of Vienna- Wiener Wohnen. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement (Section 31 Paragraph 7 Bvergg 2018) Is Objective. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, Orders On Fire Protection Planning And Consulist Services Are To Be Awarded For The Renovation Of Wrw Residential Buildings. These Orders Are Essentially The Following Services To The Subject: Fire Protection -Related Findings And Security Of The Residential Complex; Risk Analyzes; Document Creation For Submission Planning If Necessary, Including Fire Protection Concepts; Professional Advice And Support For Trade Advertisements; Document Creation For Construction Designs; Fach-Öba; Document Creation For Completion Of Construction Designs. Furthermore, Orders On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Can In Particular Have The Subject To The Following In-House Planning Services In Addition To The Fire Protection Planning And Consulist Service: Planning Of Pressure Ventilation Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Smoke And Heat Extraction Systems For Garages. If The Applicant Does Not Have The Authority And Relevant Professional Experience To Carry Out These Planning Services, He Has To Form An Applicant Community With An Approved Entrepreneur Or To Name A Correspondingly Authorized Company As A Subcontractor In The Application For Participation. If, In The Course Of The Award Procedure, It Turns Out That The Services Described In The Announcement Or Tender Document Must Be Expanded Or Restricted (E.G. Additional Services Or Performance Reductions), Wrwks Is Free To Do So And, If Necessary, Allow The Involvement Of Other Companies As (Necessary) Subcontractors.
