Prospective folders must possess the under-listed requirements to be eligible to participate in these procurements. b. Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including Forms CAC2&CAC7: Business name with form BN1 is also acceptable for consultancy services. c. Evidence of Company Incomes Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2022, 2023 and 2024) valid till 31 December, 2025; with minimum turnover for each project as specified in the Bidding Document. d. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2025 (this requirement is only applicable to bidders whose number of staff is 5 and above); e.
