A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.3) The Subject Of The Delivery Must Be: A) Admitted To The Market In The Country, Meet The Requirements Of Polish Standards And Have An Assessment Of Product Compliance With The Essential Requirements Of The Eu Directive, B) Free From Qualitative And Quantitative Defects, In And Species, C) The Goods Offered By The Contractor Must Be Factory New And Have Features And Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. The Goods Must Have Original Manufacturers Packaging, Bearing Labels Identifying It. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Consistent With The Electronic Catalog Prepared By The Employer Entitled A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.3. In All Positions Of Annex No. 1 To Swz, In Which There Is A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Own Name Of The Goods Or Its Manufacturer, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor, The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Supplying Equivalent Products, I.E. Not Worse Technical Parameters Than Those That Have Products Indicated By Means Of A Trademark Or Origin. The Order Is Intended For The Use Of Natural Persons - The Employers Employees. Due To The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract (Materials And Office Products), The Ordering Party Did Not Include In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Requirements Arising From Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Other Than The Obligated, The Manufacturer Of Office Materials And Products For Their Design For All Users Is Taken Into Account. 5. Pursuant To Art. 246 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority As A Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers Takes The Price (Weight 80%) And Non -Price Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers (Weight 20%) Listed In Point Xiii Item 4.2) Swz.Termine Of The Order: Up To 5 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Or Until The Gross Amount Is Exhausted, Which Is The Price Of The Offer.
