3.1. Part 1 - Road Circuit In Goleniów 3.1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Services Regarding The Mechanical Mowing Of Grass And Weeds From The Roadside Of Poviat Roads In The Operation Of The Road Circuit In Goleniów. The Service Involves Mechanical Mowing Of Grasses And Weeds, Self -Seeding Along With Manual Closure Of Hectometric Posts, Road Signs, Trees And Protective Barriers Located On The Side Of The Poviat Roads - According To The List Of Sections Of The Roadside Of Poviat Roads To Be Removed Within The Road District In Goleniów In 2025 (Annex 6A To Swz). 3.1.2. Estimated Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: A) Stage I Covering The Excavation Of Approximately 668636 M², B) Stage Ii Covering An Area Of ​​Approx. 668636 M², According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Determined By The Employer (Successively) During Joint Verification Of Poviat Roads With The Contractor. 3.1.3. Indicated In Point 3.1.2. The Amount Of Work Is Estimated And The Scope Of Actually Commissioned Services May Be Smaller Than The Indicated Or Larger One (In This Case, However, It Cannot Be Greater Than The Amount Intended By The Contractor To Exceed The Contractors Remuneration To Perform The Subject Of The Contract). The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Actual Scope Of Commissioned Services. 3.1.4. The Services Will Start On The Basis Of Orders Of Representatives Of The Ordering Party In Writing, Oral Form - To The Telephone Number Of The Contractor Or By E -Mail. 3.1.5. Each Of The Contractors Has The Right To Examine The Place Of Performance Of The Service To Check The Conditions Related To The Performance Of Works Being The Subject Of The Contract And Obtain Information Necessary To Quote The Work. The Possibility Of Claims Of The Contractor For Incorrect Calculation Of The Price Or Omitting The Elements Necessary To Perform The Contract Is Excluded. 3.1.6. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Quality Of Services Rendered, And Their Compliance. 3.1.7. The Contractors Obligations Include: A) The Conclusion Of Relevant Civil Liability Insurance Contracts For Damages That May Arise Or Remain In Connection With The Services Rendered; B) Marking Of The Service Area In Accordance With The Approved Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization; C) Ensuring The Safety Of Traffic In Terms Of Hazards Arising Or Remaining In Connection With The Services Provided; D) Ordering The Service Area; Application To The Ordering Party Completion Of Services Covered By A Given Order.
