Tenders Are Invited For The Provision Of A Catering Service For Meals For The Service Of Two Festivals Organized By The Książ Castle In Wałbrzych Sp. Z O.O

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Provision Of Catering Services For The Service Of Two Festivals, I.E. The Flower Festival And The Festival Of Secrets, Organized By The Książ Castle In Wałbrzych Sp. Z O.O. The Service Will Be Implemented At The Książ-Park And Park Complex In Wałbrzych At Ul. Silesian Piastów 1.2. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of The Basic Order And The Right Of Options For Each Festival: 2.1. Basic Order - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services As Part Of Providing A Regenerative Meal During Two Festivals Organized By The Ordering Party, I.E. ::2.1.1. Flower Festival-Every Day Between 25.04.-29.04.2025 For 570 People And In The Period Between 30.04-04.05.2025 For 940 People, Which Gives A Sum Of Meals For 1,510 People In Total; 2.1.2. Festival Of Secrets - Every Day Between 02.08. -03.08.2025 For 330 People In Total. 2.2. Option Right - The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Under The Law Of Options In The Scope Of Increasing The Number Of Persons Served As Part Of The Order For Each Of The Festivals Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, I.E. The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Meals By A Maximum Of 30% Of The Basic Order In The Event Of An Increased Number Of People Serving The Festival. Detailed Rules And Procedure For Awarding The Order Under The Options Right Were Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. 2.3. As Part Of The Service Provision, The Contractor Provides: 2.3.1. Single Times Dinner Meal With A Caloric Value Of About 1000 Kcal; Meat And Vegetarian Version To Choose From; In A Disposable Package, In A Set With Disposable Cutlery, And 2.3.2. Fruit Juice (250 Ml/Person) .2.4. The Contractor Provides Each Meal In A Minimum Of 3 Variants (Including 1 Vegetarian Variant) To Choose From The Contracting Authority. 2.5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Meal Take Into Account The Seasonality Of The Ingredients. 2.6. The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Orders By 30% For Each Of The Festivals Using The Right Of Options In The Event Of An Increased Number Of People Serving Festivals. 2.7. The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Use Min. 70% Of The Number Of Meals From The Basic Order For Each Of The Festivals. 2.8. The Contractor Will Provide Meals In Pet Packaging With Biodegradable Cutlery, And Juices In Cardboard Boxes With A Capacity Of 250 Ml With Biodegradable Tubes. 2.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Legal Provisions In The Field Of Storing And Preparing Foodstuffs (Including The Act On August 25, 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition, Journal Of Laws Of 2010, No. 136, Item 914, As Amended), Including To Comply With Health And Safety Rules.
