I. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Utility Part Of The Strumani Forestry Office Building Into The Bącznik Forestry Office, Along With The Implementation Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. Ii. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Performance Includes, Among Others: 1) Construction Of An External Sewage System To The Existing Drainage Tank; 2) Adaptation Of A Part Of The Building From Utility To Office, Including: A) Demolition Of Internal Walls In The Building, B) Demolition Of The Floor, C) Dismantling Of The Window And Enlargement Of The Window Opening, Installation Of A New Window And Glazing Of External Doors, D) Making A New Floor, Partition Walls And Ceiling Sophisticated, E) Insulating External Walls From The Inside, F) Installation Of Internal Doorwork, G) Assembly) Execution Of Internal Water Installation, H) Execution Of The Internal Electrical Installation, I) Execution Of Lighting Installation.Iii. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Which Consists Of: 1) Annex No. 1A - Technical Documentation - Multi -Branch Study; 2) Annex No. 1B - Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; 3) Annex No. 1C - Preliminary Work.
