The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Task Entitled: The Addition Of The Commune Office Building With Adaptation For The Disabled - Reconstruction And Adaptation For The Needs Of Cus. The Material Scope Of The Order Consists Of The Following Works: • The Construction Of A Two -Storey Building In Accordance With The Design Documentation, • Reconstruction Of Existing Rooms And Adaptation For The Needs Of Cus, • Adaptation Of The Facility For The Disabled, • The Task Does Not Include: - Supply And Installation Of A Screw Lift (Elevator) - Execution Of External Facade - Supply And Installation Of Windows And External Doors. This Order Has Been Precisely Specified In The Technical Documentation, Which Is Attached As Annex 8 To Swz, Which Includes: - Construction Design, - Technical Design (Construction And Architecture) - A Technical Design For The Reconstruction Of The Internal And External Installations Of The Building, - Technical Design Of The Electrical Installation - Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works. The Contractor, After Reading The Design Documentation And Other Documents, Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works Necessary To Achieve The Result. Bringing An Inventory To Resources. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Subject Of The Contract And To Conclude In The Price Of All Necessary Costs For The Correct Processing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Works Technology Specified In The Polish Norm And Technical Conditions For The Acceptance Of Works.1. Guidelines And Remarks Of The Ordering Party.1) The Contractors Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be A Flat -Rate Remuneration Not Subject To Verification, As A Consequence Of Which The Need To Perform Works, Without Which The Subject Of The Contract Could Not Be Carried Out, And Which The Contractor Has Not Foreseen Will Not Affect The Amount Of Remuneration - It Will Not Constitute Grounds For Increasing The Price Specified In The Offer. 2) All Doubts Should Be Clarified With The Employer At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer, In The Mode Specified In This Specification. 3) The Contractor Should Perform Works In Accordance With Applicable Polish Law, Standards, Technical Knowledge Principles, Construction Art, Design Documentation, Material And Financial Schedule Of Investment Implementation And In Agreement With The Employer. 4) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Regulations In The Subject Scope, In Particular Such As: • Construction Law; • Environmental Protection Law; • Public Procurement Law; • Civil Code; • Fire Protection Act; • Act On Copyright And Related Rights; • Act On Construction Products; • Public Finance Act; • Regulation On Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Locations; • Regulation On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Building Objects And Areas; • Polish Standards Transferring European Standards,
