4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is A Hotel Service Consisting In Ensuring Accommodation With Breakfast In Jelenia Góra, For Participants Of The Event Entitled [Re] Jews_ [Sn] Y_ [Pl] Atona Organized By The Jelenia Góra Cultural Center As Part Of The Future Of Culture: European, Colorful And For Everyone! Co -Financed By The European Union From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Interreg Polska - Saxony Cooperation Program 2021-2027, From 29.04.2025 To 05.05.2025 4.2 The Order Includes Accommodation With Breakfast, All Festival Participants In One Building, In Single Rooms, Two -Man Rooms - Each With Bathroom And Toilet, 284 Malfriend, According To The Following List And Distribution Of Rooms - According To The Information Included In Volume I Swz And In Volume Iii Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). 4.3 Place Of Service: Jelenia Góra, Within The Location Of The Festival Center, I.E. At A Distance Of Up To 2000 M (2 Km) From Bankowa Street 28/30 In Jelenia Góra (In A Straight Line According To The Online Maphttp: //Geoportal.Jeleniagora.Pl). 4.4 Requirements For The Hotel Service: A) Accommodation For All Festival Participants In One Building In Single Rooms, Double Rooms In Which Everyone Must Be Equipped With:- Window;- Full Sanitary Node, I.E. A Shower Cubicle Or A Bathtub, A Washbasin, A Toilet, Mirror;- Single Beds;- Hanger For Outerwear;- Upper Lighting;- Direct Access To At Least One Electrical Socket. B) Continental Breakfast In The Form Of A Swedish Table, Including Warm Dishes (E.G. Eggs, Sausages), Sausages, Cheese, Milk Flakes, Dairy Products, Vegetables, Cold Drinks (Water And Juices), Warm Drinks (Coffee, Tea Plus Sugar, Lemon, Milk) For Each Of The Sleeping Persons Going Outside The Building. Immediate Removal.F) At Night From 22.00 To 6.00 A Rest For Festival Participants Will Be Provided, Uninterrupted By Noise And Taking Part In Events, Social Meetings, E.G. Weddings, Etc.4.5 Increasing And Reduction Of Quantitative), Accommodation Services Have Been Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Volume Iii Swz (Hereinafter Opz). The Employer In Opz Has Determined The Expected Number Of Accommodation And The Actual Demand May Change (Reduced Or Increase). The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity And Types Of Accommodation Depending On The Current Needs. Thus, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To A Claim For Quantitative And Generic Changes During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. B) In The Event Of Circumstances Causing The Need To Reduce The Subject Of The Service In A Valuable And Quantitative Approach, The Employer Shall Notify The Contractor No Later Than 1 Day Before The Day Of The Planned Accommodation. The Contractors Will Not Be Entitled To Any Financial Claims Against The Employer.
