Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Personal Computers, Office Equipment, Telecommunications And Audio-Visual Equipment – Servis Počítačů A Notebooků. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of Computers And Notebooks Of The Contracting Authority (Together Just Equipment), Whose Repairs Are Not Provided In Other Contracts Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of Performance Is To Provide Service Services By The Supplier By Providing The Post -Warranty Service. A) The Subject Of The Post -Warranty Service Is To Remove Defects Of The Equipment That Is No Longer Subject To Any Form Of Warranty (Ie The Statutory Warranty For The Quality Or Contractual Warranty) And Whose List Is Given In Annex 1 To The “Price Table And List Of Devices” (“Annex 1”). Within The Post -Warranty Service Of The Equipment, The Supplier Is Obliged To Remove Defects Of The Equipment At The Relevant Place Of Performance By The Replacement Of Defective Spare Parts For New Ones. B) The Post -Warranty Service Includes The Correctness Of The Service Requirement, The Delivery Of The Necessary Spare Part, The Replacement And Checking Of The Functionality Of The Repaired Equipment, Carried Out With The Contracting Authority Specified In The Relevant Service Requirement. C) All Spare Parts Must Meet The Requirements Referred To In Article Iii. (2) Of The Contract. Prices Of Spare Parts Are Listed In Annex 1 To The Contract. D) If The Equipment Or Necessary Spare Part Is Not Listed In Annex 1, The Proceeding According To Article Iv. Paragraph 5 (A). C) And Agreements That The Price For A Spare Part Must Not Exceed The Price Detectable From Publicly Available Sources (Will Be Verified By The Authorized Person Of The Contracting Authority). (E) If The Repair Of The Equipment Is Not Possible Or Suitable At The Place Of Performance, The Device Shall Ensure The Device From The Relevant Place Of Performance And Its Return Back To Its Expense And Danger To The Supplier; This Does Not Affect The Price Of The Price For Post -Warranty Service, Ie The Price For Resolving The Service Requirement Will Be Determined As The Sum Of The Price For The Supplied Spare Parts And The Post -Warranty Lump Sum. F) When Removing Defects In The Device, The Relevant Persons Of The Supplier Are Required To Avoid Fire, Electricity Accident, And Secure All Their Activities So That Osh Regulations, Hygiene, Fire Protection And Environmental Protection Are Always Observed. The Supplier Is Full Responsibility For Any Violation Of The Osh Regulations And The Relevant Persons. The Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In Annex 1 Hddd - “Terms And Conditions”.
