Tenders Are Invited For Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Framework Agreement For Land Purchase And Property Management; Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu And Lapland
Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Framework Agreement For Land Purchase And Property Management; Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu And Lapland. The Framework Arrangement Will Commission Expert Services Related To Land Acquisition And Property Management In The Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu And Lapland Areas Between 2025 And 2028. On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement, Subscribers (Ely Centers) Will Commission The Commissioned By The Customer As A Provider Of Land Acquisition And Property. The Framework Agreement Also Includes Tasks Related To The Management Of The Customers Property Assets, Which The Service Provider Must Perform Properly And To The Extent Required By The Framework Agreement In The Name Of The Subscriber. The Assignments Include: The Following Tasks In Accordance With The Route And Track Compensation Activities Of The Fairway Agency - Real Estate Management - Real Estate Assessment - Other Expert Tasks In Risk Mapping And Analysis, Etc.) - Project Secretary Tasks And Other Assistive Tasks En. The Work Includes All The Work Steps. The Service Provided By The Company Must Apply To All Of The Above Tasks. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With Three (3) Service Providers. The Contract Areas Are Areas Of Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu And Lapland. During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, For Individual Assignments, The Unions, Cities And Municipalities Of The Ely Centers May Also Be Funded. A Project -Specific Agreement Must Be Drawn Up With Municipal/Cities And Unions, In Which The Municipalities/Cities And The Union Undertake To Be Committed To The Conditions Under The Framework Agreement. The Content Of The Framework Agreement Is More Precisely Defined In The Tender Documents.
